This is coming within the method CREATE_USER_HOME_ADDRESS within Class CL_CAM_ADDRESS_BCS

Reproducing the Issue
SE24 => Enter Class CL_CAM_ADDRESS_BCS
Test/Execute button
Enter Method CREATE_USER_HOME_ADDRESS
Enter the I_USER as an affected User and I_COMMTYPE as communication type (e.g. INT)
Execute and error will be thrown
Cause
There is an inconsistency between the SAP Office key (SO_KEY) of the User in the ADCP and SOUD tables. This can be checked in the tables in transaction SE16.
Resolution
To correct the issue, the inconsistency of the value of SAP Office key (SO_KEY) between ADCP and SOUD must be corrected.
Please run the report Z_OSSNOTE_570505 from note '570505 - Correction report for SO_KEY', which will resolve the inconsistency.
