How to proceed to open a SAP access to SAP
Create a SI request

This request will be handled by the authorization team. As the OSS call number is mentioned, they indicate for SAP the password in a secure place : Business Market Place
To speed up the validation, please send an email to one of the local validator (for example, Stéphane Miette) and copy in Frédéric Naillat – in which you mention the OSS call reference and the SI request number.
FYI, before creating the user SAPSUPP, the authorization team checks in the business market place if a remote connection -to the ARKEMA SAP target system- exists.
If yes, the authorization team checks the end of validity of the remote connection, and if this date is compliant or not with our SI request
If no (or if the end of validity is too close), the authorization team contact the AO team to create or prorogate the remote connection for SAP consultant.
The autorisation team will send you an email to inform you that the SAPSUPP user is created
